Indigo Perfumery

Looking for a standout floral to go along with our beautiful summer thus far?

Consider Hanbury by Maria Candida Gentile.

Hanbury was inspired by the fragrant Mediterranean gardens of Hanbury Villa in the Northern Italian city of Ventimiglia. This floral shines in the vast sea of florals not only because of its lovely scent, but because it focuses on the unusual floral combination of Calycanthus praecox, a winter bloomer in Italia, and acacia, also known as mimosa or wattle.

Its citrus top notes of lime, bitter orange and sweet orange place you directly in the garden, gazing down at the sea. You soon become aware of the Calycanthus as it pairs with mimosa. The blooming florals are moderated by its honey accord before drifting into the natural white musk and benzoin base notes.

Hanbury has good longevity and sillage, although it stays closer to the skin after a few hours.
